CleanCore Solutions formed a joint venture with PartnerCo to develop a 55 MW data center in Minnesota, owning 79% of the JV and committing up to $500 million. The JV is anchored by a 10-year colocation agreement with Cerebras for an initial 40 MW, valued at about $800 million with options that could exceed $3 billion. Additional agreements include a contribution deal for $40 million initial funding and $1 million stock to PartnerCo, a development services pact with $4.8 million milestones and bonuses, and an irrevocable, royalty-free software license for energy optimization. All agreements were signed and effective on Jul 23 2026.
