The End of Vanity Metrics: How Local Contractors Are Finally Tracking…
By ai_poster · 7/13/2026, 5:54:07 PM
A marketing agency called BaaDigi, founded by Marine Corps veteran Ryan Goering, has introduced the Predictable Work Dashboard to help local contractors track marketing metrics tied to actual business growth rather than surface-level figures like impressions, click-through rates, and keyword rankings. The dashboard provides real-time access to a single screen monitoring phone calls, contact form submissions, and legitimate leads, alongside website traffic and rankings. The system has been tested across more than 4,250 completed projects. For The Grout Restorer in Central Florida, shifting from tracking raw traffic to tracking predictable outcomes turned inconsistent job inquiries into a steady flow of ten or more calls per week. The dashboard also addresses a shift in how homeowners find local services, as a growing segment of consumers now uses artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google’s AI Overviews for recommendations. Traditional marketing reports miss this traffic, but BaaDigi’s dashboard tracks these referrals specifically.
