Samsung Nepal launched the Galaxy A27 5G smartphone in the domestic market on July 14, 2026, introducing artificial intelligence features, extended software support and enhanced security to its Galaxy A series. The device features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, runs on Android 16 with Samsung's One UI 8.5 interface, and is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It has a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera, along with a 12MP front-facing camera. The handset supports AI-powered features including voice transcription, is compatible with AI assistants such as Google Gemini and Perplexity, includes Samsung Knox Vault security, and carries an IP64 rating. The Galaxy A27 5G will receive up to six years of software and security updates.
