OpenAI announced Project Camellia, a $20 billion data center campus in Effingham County, about 25 miles up the road from Savannah, this week. The following evening, the company held an open house in Rincon for residents to ask questions. Feedback from that meeting is intended to shape a Georgia Community Compact, which will outline what the company owes the community.
