Cognizant on Tuesday announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic, becoming one of a select group of Global Premier Partners in the Claude Partner Network to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. The alliance builds on collaboration announced in late 2025 and will see Cognizant embed Anthropic's Claude AI models across its business and engineering platforms while scaling its Claude-certified workforce. The partnership aims to help enterprises move beyond AI pilots and deploy production-ready AI applications across industries. Cognizant is already deploying Claude-powered solutions for clients in regulated industries, including an AI-led customer experience portal for a global manufacturer built within six months, an agentic contract intelligence system for a biopharmaceutical company that reduced contract review time by up to 40 per cent and improved extraction accuracy to more than 88 per cent, and a risk-navigation tool for an insurer that reduced manual research time for underwriters from hours to about a minute. Additional projects are underway in financial services and telecommunications.
