The investment reinforces India’s role in AI-driven financial technology. The partnership aims to strengthen BUSINESSNEXT’s autonomous banking capabilities and accelerate Private AI adoption in banking and financial services. BUSINESSNEXT and ServiceNow will create a unified autonomous operating fabric for financial services enterprises, tapping into a market expected to grow to USD 3.59 Billion by 2035 with a CAGR of 20.28% according to a Market Research Future report. Nishant Singh, CEO of BUSINESSNEXT, stated the investment will accelerate efforts to deliver Private AI solutions meeting security and regulatory governance needs. Kulmeet Bawa of ServiceNow noted India’s financial services sector is moving to full-scale AI-led operations.
