The following month, it tapped a new chief executive to explore revenue models. In June, it announced a new name: CodeAI. Despite uncertainty, it has already reached millions with new AI materials. CodeAI’s experience offers lessons for other nonprofits, discovering that one era of success doesn’t guarantee another.
