Samsung SDS, POSCO DX, CJ OliveNetworks, and Lotte Innovate are recruiting through groupwide intakes, while LG CNS said it will independently hire a three-digit number of entry-level employees. LG CNS recruited a three-digit number of entry-level employees across nine roles, including AI and Robotics, through the 14th, introducing a “CNS specialized test” in the written stage. CJ OliveNetworks, in its second-half group intake running through the 30th, aims to secure “AI-native talent” across 11 institutional sectors, adding an “AI competency diagnostic test” for all roles, a “vibe coding test” for development roles, and an “AI utilization competency test” for non-development roles. Samsung Group accepted applications for 19 affiliates, including Samsung SDS, through the 15th; Samsung SDS also recruited software-role research scholarship students, posting a job notice on the 31st of last month. POSCO DX sought AI talent in POSCO Group’s second-half intake, which closed on the 16th, planning to select specialists for manufacturing and office AX. Lotte Innovate conducted entry-level hiring through the 16th, recruiting AI talent by field, including NLP, STT, TTS, and vision AI.
