Hanshow signed a Strategic Partner Agreement with Microsoft at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center in Redmond, Washington, on July 15, 2026, to advance retail digitalization. The agreement deepens collaboration across Store Digital Twin, Microsoft Azure, and joint go-to-market initiatives, aiming to connect physical store intelligence with secure, scalable cloud capabilities. Since joining Microsoft’s AI & IoT Insider Lab in 2019, Hanshow has worked on cloud infrastructure, in-store IoT, data intelligence, and retail AI. Over 200 million Hanshow electronic shelf labels are supported on Azure, and multiple co-sell solutions are available through the Microsoft ecosystem. Most recently, Hanshow launched xPilot at NRF 2026 APAC, a real-time store execution AI assistant built on Store Digital Twin and Azure. Liangyan Li, SVP and Head of Global Sales at Hanshow, and Philippe Brochard, Chairman of Advisory Committee at Hanshow, commented on the collaboration, as did Sandy Gupta, VP of Microsoft, Head of Global ISV Business.
