Shanghai EABOT Technology Co. Ltd., founded in February 2026, has completed two consecutive funding rounds totaling nearly 400 million yuan (approximately $60.0 million), with investors including well-known investor Ge Weidong, Chentao Capital, Hony Capital, Zero One Automotive, Xingfu Capital and Star Qi Fund under Falcon Invest. The company focuses on physical AI for heavy-duty industrial applications, using L4 autonomous driving for heavy trucks as its entry point. It currently operates more than 100 heavy trucks across 60 routes, concentrated on short-haul bulk material transport of 0 to 300 kilometers, and has conducted real-road zero-intervention tests in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other regions. The proceeds will fund model iteration, fleet expansion, validation of complex operating conditions and team growth. The company's approach is to first run its own fleet to prove out the model, then license "AI driver services" externally, with a long-term plan to extend into mining, power plants, ports and other heavy-duty industrial scenarios.
