Revolut has announced a partnership with OpenAI that gives its retail customers ChatGPT Go at no extra cost, with the amount depending on the user's plan. Metal and Ultra customers receive 12 months free, Premium, Revolut Pro, and Revolut Mobile customers get 6 months free, and Plus and Standard users receive 3 months free on a promotional basis. The offer lands today for paid plans, while Plus and Standard users will receive the three-month offer over the coming weeks. ChatGPT Go is OpenAI’s middle tier, launched across Europe earlier this year at around €8 a month, offering higher message limits, more file uploads, document analysis, image generation, and memory. At roughly €8 a month, a year of ChatGPT Go is about €96 of value. Metal costs €191.88 a year, so this addition covers about half of that cost. Revolut’s Irish site now values Metal’s included subscriptions at €2,400 a year, double the €1,200 quoted in April, with total Metal benefits pitched at €4,000. Revolut already includes Perplexity Pro, which normally runs €22 a month.
