Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is now live in 14 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, according to a rollout map shared by Tesla influencer Whole Mars Catalog and corroborated by Tesla Hubs. The countries are the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, China (limited rollout), South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Lithuania, Estonia, and Slovenia. Tesla began deploying FSD (Supervised) v14.3.9 on September 16, according to EV Wire, with release notes citing upgrades in the reinforcement-learning stage of neural network training, an improved vision encoder, and a rewritten AI compiler and runtime delivering roughly 20% faster reaction time. Tesla AI chief Ashok Elluswamy confirmed in June that approximately 1.3 million Teslas are running FSD (Supervised) worldwide. Alongside the expansion, Tesla offers three months of FSD (Supervised) at no charge with new vehicle orders placed through a referral link, an offer in effect since at least April 2026. It applies to new orders of Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck, replaces the previous 30-day trial, and lets buyers alternatively choose a $500 cash discount on eligible models.
