Microsoft shipped its largest security update ever, patching 570 security holes in one afternoon, nearly triple last month’s record of around 210 fixes. The company used a scanning system running more than 100 AI agents across its software to find and prove real bugs, uncovering flaws that had existed for years. Two of the flaws were already being used by attackers, and three were zero-days; one allowed intruders to bypass BitLocker encryption.
