Users can configure break reminders and time limits directly from the dashboard, which is available to Free, Pro, and Max accounts. The dashboard categorizes conversation topics to show how interactions are distributed across different subjects and offers personalized recommendations for improving workflow efficiency, including using Projects to organize recurring tasks or creating custom skills and prompt templates. Anthropic designed the feature to help users streamline their interactions rather than encourage longer sessions.
