Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates admitted during a closed-door testimony before a US congressional panel that he had affairs with three women and claimed that Jeffrey Epstein may have tried to use information about those relationships against him. The testimony was part of the US House Oversight Committee’s investigation into Epstein’s network and connections. Lawmakers called Gates after the Justice Department released additional documents that renewed attention on his past relationship with Epstein, who died in jail in 2019. Gates communicated that Epstein might have contemplated blackmailing him using these affair connections to ruin his marriage.
