Amazon Quick has introduced new autonomous agents that work continuously on users' behalf, an activity feed for prioritizing work, and the ability to find insights across data sources from a single question. Users can build agents in minutes by describing needs in plain language or choosing from pre-configured agents, with no coding required. Each agent operates within user-set guardrails, handling tasks such as flagging stalled deals, drafting follow-ups, updating CRM notes, or summarizing compliance changes. The activity feed consolidates email, messaging, calendar, and tasks into a single prioritized view, learning which messages users respond to quickly and which topics drive their week. It now turns six escalation messages into one summary card with drafted replies, generates meeting talking points before an invite is opened, and flags a VP's message before it is read. Users can act directly from the feed by replying, forwarding, approving, or delegating.
