Topco Scientific (5434.TW), a major integrated service provider of critical semiconductor materials, reported July consolidated revenue of NT$8.17 billion (approximately $253.5 million), surpassing the NT$8 billion mark for the first time and setting a new monthly record. The company announced the figures on August 10. July revenue increased by NT$670 million (approximately $20.8 million) from June, an 8.9% month-over-month rise, and grew 42.6% year-over-year, marking a second consecutive month of record single-month revenue. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months reached NT$47.54 billion (approximately $1.5 billion), up approximately 24% year-over-year. Driven by robust demand for AI chips and high-performance computing (HPC), advanced-process critical material shipments surged, with photoresist and silicon wafers seeing explosive demand growth. Market analysts noted that full-capacity utilization at wafer fabs and memory plants also boosted shipments of consumables like wafer carriers and slurries, while price adjustments from rising upstream petrochemical raw material costs and international freight charges added to revenue. The environmental engineering and facility systems construction business continued to recognize revenue based on project completion progress. Looking ahead, Topco Scientific cited a clear global expansion trend for advanced logic chips and high-end memory, with clients planning new fab sites and capacity expansion.
