WeChange.AI, founded by Andrew Boxall after a decade in the public sector, helps organizations close the gap between deploying technology and adopting it. Colchester City Council, which had already invested heavily in Microsoft 365 and other digital platforms, worked with WeChange.AI to help people build confidence and skills, a challenge that becomes sharper for the roughly one in five employees who are disabled or neurodivergent. Izzy Pochin, Resources and Accessibility Lead at WeChange.AI, brings 12 years of inclusive design experience to this problem. Guided by a proven framework for change rooted in academic principles, WeChange.AI helps public sector organizations move from guesswork to evidence-based decisions and empowers every team member with AI tools like Copilot. Its answer to that guesswork is Navigator, a SaaS platform that asks individuals to reflect on their day-to-day digital experience and matches their answers to personalized recommendations, resources, and learning; at the organizational level, responses roll up into Power BI dashboards that give leaders an aggregated view of adoption gaps and accessibility needs across their workforce. Boxall said the company made a deliberate decision to build on Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem because it needed a platform that could scale alongside its ambitions. Navigator runs as an Azure-hosted platform, with Azure Functions handling background processing, Azure SQL and Azure Storage holding data, and Microsoft Entra ID managing authentication.
