On Friday, June 14, 2026, AMD ended up 4.7% at $511.57 after Citi upgraded the stock to Buy and lifted its price target to $575 from $460. Citi’s Atif Malik said AMD has become a “legit second source in the GPU market.” Citi pointed to Meta, which AMD said in February aims to use up to 6 gigawatts’ worth of Instinct GPUs, with first gigawatt shipments set for the second half of 2026. AMD’s next event is Advancing AI 2026, scheduled July 22–23 in San Francisco. The company posted a 38% year-on-year revenue jump to $10.3 billion in Q1, with Data Center sales climbing 57% to $5.8 billion. AMD put out a Q2 revenue forecast of about $11.2 billion, give or take $300 million. AMD’s market cap is $844 billion with a trailing P/E near 168.
