With less than two weeks to go before Google's Made by Google event on August 12 in New York City, leaker Evan Blass published what appear to be official Pixel 11 marketing renders through his Leakmail newsletter on July 31, showing the base Pixel 11 in four colorways: Fuchsia, Light Sterling, Midnight Haze, and Moss. The images feature the tagline "with Gemini Intelligence" and a camera sample labeled "30x zoom" showing a parrot on a park bench. However, Gemini Intelligence requires a minimum of 12GB of RAM to run, while leaked component specifications and Amazon product listings from early July suggest the base Pixel 11 may ship with only 8GB of RAM in its entry-level configuration. The design is a refinement of the Pixel 10 lineup, with flat metal frames, matte glass back panels, and a raised pill-shaped camera island with three lenses. The flash now appears to sit behind a single continuous pane of glass, part of the expected Pixel Glow notification system. The 30x zoom represents a software-based extension of Super Res Zoom, as the base Pixel 10 topped out at 20x Super Res Zoom, and earlier camera leaks from May 2026 indicated the "next-gen telephoto" hardware is not coming to the standard Pixel 11.
