HIVE, via BUZZ HPC, signed a three-year USD $220 million sovereign AI GPU cloud contract with Bell AI Fabric for Cohere, including 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs in GB200 NVL72 systems deployed at Bell’s Merritt, BC facility. The NVIDIA GB200 deployment is expected to go live in late 2026 to early 2027, adding about $70m contracted ARR to current realized $35m ARR and pushing contracted HPC revenue targets above $100m. The GPU purchase uses proceeds from HIVE’s recent USD $115m convertible note financing.
