On Thursday, Anthropic introduced “Reflect,” a built-in dashboard for Claude that lets users track and visualize how they use Claude and their broader AI habits. Reflect offers insights into topics discussed, overall usage patterns, and what kinds of tasks users turn to AI for help with, framing Claude as a highly utilized productivity tool and part of everyday workflow. The feature will pop up questions like “What’s one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?” and offers tools to set quiet hours or schedule nudges to take a break from AI. Anthropic notes that more sensitive conversations may show up in Claude Reflect, but only at a high level, and any conversation connected to a health integration tool is left out of insights entirely. None of the data in insights is used for other purposes, the company also says.
