Anthropic has launched Claude Reflect, a built-in dashboard that tracks and visualizes how users leverage its AI chatbot throughout their days and weeks. The tool does not quantify the exact amount of time users save by relaying manual tasks to the chatbot, but provides important points related to how much more productive they have been. Claude Reflect will also begin to ask users questions related to tasks they will keep performing themselves, even if the chatbot can do them faster. This comes as an evolution within the category as brands take more forward approaches to understanding core users.
