Instead of creating another specialist, they built one "master" AI whose only job is deciding which agent should handle each task. This routing agent has become the most useful assistant in their workflow. For example, if the user says "I'm considering writing about [i.e. Apple Intelligence] but don't have quotes or much information yet," the master AI automatically responds with the best agent for the job and knows when not to suggest an agent, such as not recommending a Fact-check agent for rewriting an email.
