Jamf shared a survey of 687 IT and security leaders, finding that deeper enterprise use of AI increases the likelihood of cost or security challenges. The survey found that 72.9% of organizations have already deployed AI in some form, but more than 22% of respondents have already experienced an AI-related incident, and 59.7% view an AI-related incident as a near-term risk. Beth Tschida, CEO of Jamf, stated that AI is showing up in developer tools, productivity apps, and autonomous agents, and that governance must keep pace with adoption. When asked about top AI priorities for the next 12 months, respondents identified automating IT operations (44.4%), deploying AI productivity tools (41.0%), and establishing AI governance (36.7%). Jamf said in its press release that organizations addressing visibility and risk questions early will be better positioned to scale AI adoption with confidence.
