The article provides data and code availability for a study titled “Language modeling screens Parkinson’s disease with self-reported questionnaires.” PPMI Online and PPMI Prodromal data were obtained from the PPMI database, with access restricted to qualified researchers who submit a data access application and agree to the PPMI data use agreement; redistribution by the authors is not permitted. Fox Insight data were obtained from the Fox Insight database, and access requires registration and agreement to the Fox Insight data use terms; redistribution by the authors is not permitted. Early Biomarkers of PD data are publicly available from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, and source data are provided with the paper. The custom code implementing Quest2Dx, including model definitions, training and evaluation scripts, is publicly available at https://github.com/RPIDIAL/Quest2Dx.
