name.com has signed partnerships with Lovable, Anything.com, Railway, Hercules and Sellfy, expanding domain access across a wider range of AI and developer platforms. The deals extend name.com's application programming interface into tools used to build apps, websites and online stores, allowing users to search for, buy and manage domains within the same products they use to create and deploy their work. The move comes as domain providers and software platforms respond to the spread of AI-assisted development, often described by startups as "vibe coding". The latest additions follow earlier integrations with Vercel, Replit, Netlify, Bolt and Beacons. A survey cited by name.com found that 77% of respondents expect AI to increase the importance of domains and want domain functions built into the tools they already use. In Lovable's first week after integrating name.com's interface, users registered thousands of domains, according to the companies. Railway has added a domain storefront and built domain registration and domain name system management into its deployment flow, with the integration completed in two weeks. Hercules built and launched its name.com integration in three days. Anything.com is adding support for custom domains at the point when websites and mobile apps are created, and Sellfy is bringing custom domains into its store setup process.
