On July 7, 01.AI launched the Wance AI platform and three "Decision-Making AI for Top Leaders" products — CEO AI, Top Sales AI, and Investment Officer AI. Kai-Fu Lee, a heavy user of CEO AI, uses the tool to track meeting commitments, identify operational risk signals, and ask "which of my remarks were inappropriate." In an all-staff letter for 01.AI's third anniversary, Lee disclosed that the company had secured 500 million yuan in orders and 250 million yuan in audited revenue in 2025. In the first five months of 2026, orders exceeded 1.5 billion yuan, with a target of going public in 2027 and striving to become "China's first profitable AI 2.0 company." Lee attributed failures of enterprise AI transformation to three reasons: AI not understanding the company's business, enterprises treating AI as software procurement, and a misalignment in decision-makers. The core architecture of Wance includes the Brain, Map, Navigation System, and Operating System. Lee claims its Ontology solution is a "2.0 version" representing a generational improvement over Palantir. The Wance platform and three products are charged separately, adopt a subscription system, and target about 2,000 to 3,000 large enterprises worldwide, with 50 already contacted.
