Insight Enterprises has been selected by Microsoft as an early partner for its newest AI-focused Microsoft 365 offering, E7, and agentic AI technologies. As one of the first organisations to deploy Microsoft’s Frontier Suite across its global workforce of more than 14,000 employees, the professional service provider has become client zero for the transition to a human-led, agent-operated enterprise. It is also among a select group of global launch partners for Microsoft Agent 365. Combined with Insight’s enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft 365 E7, these credentials enable Insight clients to deploy the Microsoft AI stack with security and governance built in from day one, delivered through Insight AI. Insight CEO Jack Azagury stated the deployment is part of a deliberate strategy to lead from the front in AI transformation. As part of its strategy, when Insight rolled out Microsoft Copilot across its own workforce, it claimed 91 per cent of employees were using it within nine months, with employees reporting saving about four hours per week. Microsoft chief partner officer Nicole Dezen said the market demands a partner that lives transformation as much as it sells it.
