Examples cited by Rodina include Grigory Yavlinsky quoting the lines “Let there always be sunshine” and “As long as there’s no war” from Soviet-era songs, violating the original authors’ copyright; Yabloko posting images generated using ChatGPT, violating OpenAI’s copyright; posting a photo of Hiroshima taken after the 1945 American bombing, violating the U.S. Army’s copyright; and basing Yabloko’s logo on a 1920 poster by Soviet artist El Lissitzky, infringing on his copyright.
