Infrrd announced the general availability of IDPForge, a self-serve document automation API built for developers, in San Jose, Calif. Infrrd, an AI-powered Intelligent Document Processing company serving the mortgage, financial services, insurance, and logistics industries, said that for a decade it has delivered tailored document AI solutions to enterprise customers, and with IDPForge it is opening that same technology directly to developers, removing the sales cycle and letting teams build, test, and scale document automation on their own terms. Infrrd stated IDPForge is not built for the broadest possible market, citing platforms that offer basic extraction with 60 percent accuracy passed off as "good enough" once a developer patches the gaps on a separate correction desk. CEO Amit Jnagal said IDPForge offers no sales cycle, no black box, and no 60 percent accuracy dressed up as "good enough." Core capabilities include per-stage multi-LLM-model routing across layout detection, OCR review, table extraction, schema extraction, and agentic review; bring-your-own-key support with per-call API keys and fallback to platform-managed inference; an embeddable correction user interface; and a continuous learning loop scoped to each customer's own dataset with no cross-pollination between accounts.
