Wavestone, a consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation, has obtained the Microsoft Copilot specialization, launched by Microsoft in July 2025. This recognition validates the firm’s expertise in the integration, security, and adoption of AI technologies at scale. Since beginning its strategic partnership with Microsoft in generative AI in 2023, Wavestone has supported more than 60 major French and international companies in their Copilot deployment journeys. To support this transition, 1,000 employees are currently mobilised on AI topics within the firm, including 200 consultants dedicated specifically to Copilot projects. As part of its strategic plan Lead the Shift with a 2030 horizon, Wavestone plans to invest €100 million in operating expenses (OPEX) to accelerate its AI strategy, including 100,000 person-days devoted to upskilling teams. Additionally, 2% of the firm’s payroll is allocated to training all its teams in breakthrough technologies. AI-related activities are expected to account for 25% of Wavestone’s revenue for the 2026/27 financial year, compared with 17% in 2025/26.
