GS Neotech unveiled its AI transformation (AX) strategy using its corporate AI platform "Gemini Enterprise" at a Google Cloud artificial intelligence (AI) event, suggesting ways to advance AI agents by connecting data within companies. On the 15th, GS Neotech announced its strategy for upgrading AX at the offline AI conference 'Google Cloud AI Live + Labs' held by Google Cloud, held under the theme of 'Work Innovation through Agnostic AI'. More than 1,000 people, including decision makers and developers in the information technology (IT) industry, attended. GS Neotech DX Part Engineer Kim Min-hyung introduced a plan to connect distributed data within the company with an AI work environment, proposing a method of structuring in-house data into knowledge graphs using BigQuery Graph and linking it with Gemini Enterprise to implement AI agents that can infer multi-hop. Industry-specific cases were disclosed: an advertising agency integrated AI agents for campaign planning, research, writing recap mail, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs); online travel agencies established an FAQ chatbot for primary inquiries; and the manufacturing industry shortened business hours by applying Gemini Enterprise to market research, consumer analysis, AI image generation, and monthly report analysis. GS Neotech plans to support AX by combining cloud operation experience and AI technology.
