The ROK-NL Think-Tank Dialogue on the Indo-Pacific, focused on the impact of emerging technologies on strategic stability in the Indo-Pacific, will be held on Thursday, 15 October 2026 in The Hague, from 15:30–18:00 CEST at Lange Voorhout 1. Co-organised with the Korean Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP), the event brings together experts from Korea and the Netherlands to discuss defence policy, emerging technologies and opportunities for closer bilateral cooperation. The programme features two expert panels: Panel 1 on key policies for strategic stability, including Korean and Dutch defence industry strategies and ROK-NL cooperation on AI for military purposes; and Panel 2 on key technologies for strategic stability, including cybersecurity, military shipbuilding, unmanned aerial systems and batteries for military use. The agenda includes registration and coffee from 15:00–15:30, welcome and introduction from 15:30–15:40, Panel 1 from 15:40–16:30, a coffee break from 16:30–16:40, Panel 2 from 16:40–17:50, closing remarks from 17:50–18:00, and networking drinks from 18:00–18:30.
