MAIRE, an Italy-based engineering group with 10,000+ employees, chose Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, connected with Autodesk Forma, to help engineers query complex project data in natural language in Microsoft Teams. This reduces search time and embeds AI in daily workflows, addressing tighter margins and rising expectations for faster data access to cut rework and delays. MAIRE engineers now have always-available AI-readable knowledge, faster onboarding, reduced manual rework and risk, and 100 new AI use cases underway, freeing it to channel its engineers’ expertise to higher-value and more complex project scopes.
