Two live demos showed a contract lifecycle management agent flagging expiring contracts, pulling data from CRM and compliance systems, and drafting renewal outreach, and a retail operations agent diagnosing root causes for an underperforming store, including low customer satisfaction and high employee turnover. Examples at scale included investment firms running multi-agent systems to help analysts research 5X more companies, and large manufacturers cutting HR query resolution to near-automation while halving defect turnaround times.
