Anthropic adds usage reflection dashboard to Claude

Anthropic is introducing a new reflection dashboard to Claude, launching in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users who have Memory turned on, accessible through Settings on Claude for web and the desktop app. The tool summarizes a user’s Claude activity over the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, transforming that history into a usage report that displays task types, usage patterns, and alignment with Anthropic’s AI Fluency Framework. Users can set quiet hours, schedule break nudges after a chosen amount of Claude use, and respond to reflection prompts. Privacy is a core aspect: the report does not draw from incognito chats, does not pull underlying files from connected tools, and excludes conversations linked to health integration tools. Anthropic states that insights remain within the reflection experience and are not used for other purposes. Support for cowork conversations is not yet live and is listed as coming soon.
