S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) announced an expanded collaboration with Microsoft to integrate its AI-ready data, insights and analytics into Microsoft 365 Copilot and broader Microsoft agentic experiences. The integration uses S&P Global's AI Data Portal Deterministic Retrieval solution (Kensho LLM-ready API) to deliver cited, verifiable results. Licensed S&P Global content will connect directly into Microsoft 365 tools, including a Copilot in Excel connector and a plugin for Copilot Cowork. Customers can perform company research, financial analysis, transcript intelligence, peer benchmarking and competitive analysis within Microsoft 365, with maintained context, governance and source attribution. The collaboration gives customers a seamless way to access S&P Global intelligence within Microsoft tools, enabling real-time, traceable and contextual insights to support faster research, analysis and decision-making. Sally Moore, Chief Client Officer and Co-Head of Market Intelligence at S&P Global, said the collaboration is shaping the next era of AI-ready data and intelligence-driven workflows, embedding S&P Global's trusted data into workflows and unlocking agentic capabilities.
