PowerStore Elite packs up to 5.8 petabytes of effective capacity into a single 3U appliance, claims triple the performance and density of the previous generation, and comes with a 6:1 data reduction guarantee. Every part is modular and field-upgradable. Dell is positioning this as the foundation for agentic AI for regulated sectors like banking, healthcare and the public sector. The new Dell AI Ecosystem includes Google, OpenAI, NVIDIA, Hugging Face, Palantir and ServiceNow on one open on-premise platform. Dell Cyber Detect, arriving for PowerStore in Q3 2026, pushes ransomware detection into the storage layer. Deskside Agentic AI handles models from 30 billion to a trillion parameters locally, cutting cloud API costs by up to 87% over two years. PowerStore Elite ships in India from August 2026, with Cyber Detect following in September.
