An APK teardown of the ChatGPT app (v1.2026.216) reveals a new “ChatGPT Stickers” feature that would let users create custom stickers and export them directly to WhatsApp. Code strings include “Add to chat apps,” “Add to WhatsApp,” “WhatsApp (3 minimum),” “Couldn’t add stickers to WhatsApp,” and “Download stickers.” The feature currently appears to support only WhatsApp, with users tapping “Add to WhatsApp” to send their stickers as a custom sticker pack. The app will require users to create at least three stickers to add them to WhatsApp, a limit based on WhatsApp’s documentation, which specifies a sticker pack must contain a minimum of three and a maximum of 30 stickers. Additional code includes the Android intent action “com.whatsapp.intent.action.ENABLE_STICKER_PACK,” used by third-party apps to send stickers to WhatsApp. The feature is not yet available, and its rollout timeline is unclear.
