Apple’s upcoming Siri AI and ‘Personal Cloud Compute’ (PCC) driven Apple Intelligence this Fall will initiate the ‘training’ of personalized AI models, initially powered by ‘Google & Nvidia Inside’ with Gemini and other innovations at WWDC 2026. This involves ‘training’ Siri AI (called ‘Indexing’) on mainstream user data in Apple Mail, Messages, Notes, Photos and other first party apps, enabling local AI responses for everyday tasks. Google is also focused on this with its Gemini ‘AI Mode ‘Search, Ask and Do’ efforts across its data stores of mainstream users globally across Gmail, Google Photos, Google Docs, YouTube, Maps and other applications. This sets the groundwork for ‘machine 2 machine’ (m2m) AI searches and agents for personal and work tasks, separate from public LLM use.
