Wrtn Technologies is accelerating its push into the enterprise AX market, having set up Wrtn AX, an internal independent company (CIC), in late September last year. Wrtn AX is led by CEO Park Min-jun, a former product owner of the AI portal service Wrtn, and has around 30 people. The organization emphasizes its experience operating B2C AI services, including Wrtn, the AI character chat platform Crack, and Charapu. Wrtn AX productised solutions built for internal use into an enterprise product lineup, citing issues such as rising token costs and traffic surges. A key example is AI customer service (AICC), which delivered a 35 percent productivity improvement and a 73 percent reduction in counselling working hours for adopting companies. Another example is AutoBE, an AI code agent that completed in 2 weeks work that used to take 10 people 3 months, using 6 people. Other enterprise products include AI document analysis, AI data analysis, automated creation of PPTs and reports, a RAG chatbot, and an enterprise version of Wrtn. Wrtn AX promotes an “AX Triangle” strategy bundling consulting, training and implementation, and a multi-LLM strategy combining GPT, HyperCLOVA X, Claude and Gemini.
