Late on July 26, Ultraman said on X that he used his phone to have ChatGPT plan a long weekend trip for himself and eight friends with a single prompt. The instructions included using his entire chat history to generate ideas, planning the top three options, building a full-stack website for all nine to discuss and decide, booking once everyone agrees, and drafting an email in his Gmail. Ultraman said it just worked. Tibo Sottiaux, head of Codex and Work, retweeted this and said ChatGPT now handles about twenty tasks for him each day, including negotiating internet bills and unsubscribing from newsletters. Tibo joked that ChatGPT Work might be renamed to “HelpMeWithEverything.” OpenAI President Greg Brockman reposted Tibo’s post, saying ChatGPT is increasingly becoming your personal AGI. The product has been out for less than a month. The feature supporting this action is called Sites, entering public beta alongside ChatGPT Work.
