Orchestro and NetApp have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to develop an AI infrastructure for companies that combines GPU-based AI inference, large-scale data processing, and failure response, announced on the 22nd. The two companies will jointly develop an integrated architecture by combining Orchestro's AI infrastructure full stack software and NetApp's data management and disaster recovery technology, aiming to quickly process large-scale data and sustain services even in case of failure. Orchestro provides server virtualization solution "CONTRABASS," cloud native operation management platform "VIOLA," and AI inference operation platform "CONCERTO A.I." NetApp is in charge of AI data pipeline and storage operations, providing hardware and dedicated engineering support for integrated verification. In disaster recovery, they will jointly create a reference architecture of active-active structures, where two data centers operate simultaneously so that if one fails, the other continues service. The companies plan to jointly develop an AI and data infrastructure ecosystem and establish joint sales strategies targeting domestic and foreign markets based on NetApp's technology alliance program.
