Virtuix System Lets Humans Remotely Control Humanoid Robots

Virtuix (NASDAQ: VTIX) reported that Tesla has purchased the first Omni One Enterprise system for Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robot division. The AI-driven, full-body simulation platform lets users move naturally through immersive virtual environments while staying within a compact footprint. According to Virtuix, Omni One Enterprise supports training, simulation, and enterprise uses such as real-time teleoperation, where humans remotely control humanoid robots. The company positions this sale as an expansion of its enterprise and humanoid robot applications, building on prior milestones in consumer, defense, healthcare, and research, including collaborations with Meta, NASA, and all four major branches of the U.S. military.
