A survey of GIGAZINE readers revealed that 79% use AI, while 21% do not. The most frequently used AI was OpenAI's ChatGPT, followed by Google's Gemini, with over 50% of readers using them. Anthropic's Claude was used by about 17%, lower than Microsoft Copilot. Up to Grok (about 15%), the usage rate was in the double digits, while subsequent AIs such as Perplexity (about 5%), DeepSeek (about 1.8%), and Meta AI (about 0.6%) had considerably lower usage. Among readers who answered 'Other', the most frequently used AI was Alibaba's 'Qwen', with some mentioning developing their own AI or operating local AI.
