AppsFlyer has announced its integration with ChatGPT Ads, enabling marketers to measure ad campaigns in ChatGPT directly within the AppsFlyer platform. Grubhub and more than a dozen other advertisers are already using the integration to bring mobile app measurement — including installs, app opens, and in-app purchases — to their ad campaigns in ChatGPT, in addition to web. Brands can now view, attribute, and optimize their ChatGPT Ads performance in the same place they manage all other channels, with no new engineering and no new vendor integration. ChatGPT now has more than 900 million weekly active users and over 50 million consumer subscribers. With this ChatGPT Ads integration, advertisers get a source of truth they can trust, and ChatGPT Ad’s optimization algorithms get accurate, unbiased signals to work with. Grubhub has advertised in ChatGPT since OpenAI opened the platform to advertisers in February 2026, giving the team roughly five months of campaign data to build on. The AppsFlyer integration adds visibility into app installs, app opens, in-app orders, and in-app subscriptions. Brian Ryu, Vice President of Growth at Grubhub, said the integration extends trusted measurement capabilities to their ChatGPT campaigns, providing a more complete view of campaign performance from ad engagement through conversion.
