Radisson Hotel Group has collaborated with Accenture to launch an AI-powered hotel discovery app in ChatGPT, enabling travellers to search for and compare its properties through natural conversation before booking. Available as @RadissonHotels in ChatGPT, the app allows users to search across more than 1 000 Radisson Hotels properties in over 100 countries using conversational prompts. Travellers can ask for recommendations based on destination, amenities or trip type, with the app returning relevant hotels, live rates, availability, location information and interactive map-based results. According to Accenture’s Consumer Pulse Research, 87% of travellers are open to using an AI-powered travel agent to help find travel options, while 71% expect AI to influence at least half of their spending on hotels or airlines over the next 12 months.
