Wrike has launched its new Conversational AI Agent Builder, developed side-by-side with customers to make end-to-end workflow automation accessible to everyone, driven by rapid customer adoption surpassing 5.5 million AI actions. The launch comes as enterprise adoption of Wrike AI has tripled year over year since June 2025, with users executing more than 5.5 million AI agent actions and reducing process time by 93%. The intuitive agent builder eliminates technical barriers, allowing users to build and deploy custom automation through simple, natural language without needing to be a prompt engineer. Wrike also introduced two enhancements to its agentic platform: ordered, context-aware agent actions, where agents execute steps in the exact order set in the builder and each action can use the output of the one before it; and smart importance automation, where agents analyze task content alongside the current importance field value and intelligently update importance to high, normal, or low.
