SpaceX said work on the water recycling plant is set to resume in the early weeks of 2027, City of Memphis officials confirmed on June 23. Construction on the facility was paused in early April. Memphis Mayor Paul Young said in a morning statement he spoke with SpaceX leadership Monday and was given the new construction timeline.
